Cameron Garbutt (he/him)

I am open-minded and curious about the world. I love learning about new people, cultures, and countries. What struck me about the Altman program was the ability to explore all three in such depth and magnitude, and my experience so far has only further encouraged me to keep pursuing unconventional experiences that allow me to dive into the unfamiliar. Whether it was spending a year studying and working in Paris, spending time with the cohort in Mexico for a Summer, or even my internships in brand strategy, I have tried to foster this curiosity in everything I do.

I am a dedicated and compassionate student pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Management (BSM) with a concentration in Legal Studies and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in International Relations at Tulane University as an Altman Scholar in International Studies and Business. My academic journey has given me a strong foundation in management principles and legal studies, which I am eager to apply to real-world challenges.

Andrew Friedland (he/him)

Growing up in New York City, I've been exposed to a breadth of different cultures and people, which has fueled my interest in international studies. Through the Altman Program, I'm excited to study abroad and learn more about people around the world. After getting involved with different clubs on campus, I've discovered that I'm interested in pursuing a career in finance, consulting, or real estate.

Ari Daube (he/him)

I’m Ari Daube from Northampton, Massachusetts, pursuing majors in Finance and Political Science at Tulane University. I’m a member of the Delta Sigma Pi pre-professional fraternity and am excited to be a new Altman Scholar. My goals include graduating with two degrees and becoming fluent in Spanish to pursue a career in investment banking after college. I look forward to studying abroad in Vietnam after my freshman year, followed by a semester in Spain and another in Latin America during my junior year. Outside of academics, I enjoy outdoor activities like running and cycling.

Paolo Freccia (he/him)

I have always wanted to live an interesting and globally exposed life full of constant new cultural experiences and learning opportunities. I enjoy traveling and experiencing new architecture, geography, and languages, and I aspire to pursue a career in the financial business sector. Through the Altman Program, I hope to gain the knowledge base to combine my interests in business and finance with my interests in developing my global perspective. In my career, I hope to live and work around the globe, specifically immersing myself in the developing Latinx world.
