Sefanit Tewelde (she/her)

Hi, my name is Sefanit Tewelde, and I’m from New Orleans, Louisiana. I plan to study Finance and International Relations with Spanish as my target language, as I strive to become an investment banker. One of my goals is to understand how policy and business correlate, so I can use that knowledge to make an impact through banking. In my free time, I love painting, sewing, trying new recipes, and spending time with my family. I’m so excited to enter Tulane as an Altman Scholar, and I can’t wait to join new clubs, meet new people, and immerse myself in the abundance of opportunities offered.
