Ava Gutierrez (she/her)

My name is Ava Gutierrez, and I was born and raised in San Antonio, Texas. I am studying Finance and Latin American Studies with a minor in Spanish and am on track to complete the 4+1 Master of Accounting program at Tulane. I love to cook, especially for other people, and I have a passion for writing. I have been a member of Tulane's only sketch comedy group, Office Hours, for three years. I am also a volunteer swim coach for Tualne's Swim 4 Sucess, a club that provides free swim lessons to underprivileged New Orleans youth. I hope to work in financing for the entertainment or event industry.
